Knox County Probate/Juvenile Court
Most Juvenile Traffic violation cases are heard by the Court on Monday mornings at 9:00am. Alleged juvenile traffic offenders should come to court with at least one of their parents or custodians, their drivers license and proof of insurance.
Once the Court receives the traffic ticket, an arraignment hearing will be scheduled and the custodial parent and juvenile will be notified of the date and time by mail.
